Idea Forge Studios was founded in 2010 in Charlotte, NC with a simple mission: build digital experiences that actually work for small and mid-size businesses. No template shops, no cookie-cutter solutions — every project forged from scratch to fit the client's vision.
Over 17 years later, we've served over 1,000 businesses across the country. What started as web design has grown into a full-service digital agency — from custom e-commerce stores and graphic design to AI-powered tools that automate what used to take hours of manual work.
In 2025, we launched IDFS.AI — our suite of artificial intelligence products built from the ground up. DraftDash writes your blog. MOG guards your website. Ethel replaces your contact forms with AI voice conversations. Thea handles customer support. These aren't off-the-shelf tools — we built every one of them from years of experience managing hundreds of client websites.
We still keep it personal. Every client gets direct access to our team. Zoom meetings, phone calls, in-person visits in the Charlotte area. We list our pricing online because we believe transparency builds trust. Eric founded Idea Forge Studios in 2010 after years in chemistry and technology. A full-stack developer with a background in AI, automation, and server infrastructure, Eric leads the technical vision — from custom website builds to the entire IDFS.AI product suite.
Bijan Razavi
Creative Director & Designer
Bijan brings over two decades of design expertise to every project. From brand identity and logo design to complex UI/UX layouts, Bijan ensures every pixel serves a purpose. His eye for detail and commitment to client vision makes him the creative backbone of the studio.
Greg Dinnsen
Senior Developer
Greg rounds out the team with deep experience in web development and digital marketing. His technical skills and client management ensure projects are delivered on time and beyond expectations.
